Substitution of participants may be made by notifying the conference office in advance. If the substitute participant does not meet the same requirements as the registered participant, the difference will be charged.

Accepted payment methods include pay ONLINE with credit card (For international participants only) and bank transfer. Credit card payment is available only in USD or through a bank transfer as per given information below:

After sending your registration payment by bank wire transfer, please upload proof of payment – evidence of a completed bank transfer.
After verifying the payment, your conference payment receipt will be sent via email within 3-5 days.
