Abstract Submission
We encourage you to submit an abstract to the 11^th International Conference on Nutrition and Physical Activity. You can choose to deliver presentation by poster or oral presentation.
Please prepare your abstract using MS Word template Abstract Template and submit via online system (Click link to submit abstract) for review before the deadline (September 30, 2022). The notification of acceptance will be announced October 15, 2022.

Full Paper Submission (Optional)
For accepted abstract, if you intend to publish a full paper in the conference proceedings, a manuscript should be submitted using MS Word template Proceeding Template via online submission system Submit Full paper within December 31, 2022.
The Conference Proceedings will be made available online (March 2023).

Remark
Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise, and coherent.

Virtual Poster Presentation Guideline

Tje poster in ppt or pdf file must be prepared according to the Onsite-Poster Presentation Guidelines below.

The presenter prepares pre-recoded YouTube video of your 3 - 5-minute poster presentation.

Upload the video file to YouTube with the visibility set to “unlisted” to make sure your video does not appear in search results or on your channel.

You will receive an email with a direct link to upload your video and your poster file by December 1, 2022.

Please note that you will need to have a completed registration and your abstract has been accepted. The poster presentation ID will be assigned to each presentation according to the conference program.

Your video will be played repeatedly both at the conference and on Zoom meeting.

On-site Poster Presentation Guidelines

The recommended poster size is 90 x 120 cm and in portrait orientation.

Please refer to the poster template for a suggestion. However, it is not mandatory to use the template.

The content of the poster includes title, authors and affiliations, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions, references and acknowledgement (if any).

The recommended font sizes are
- Title: 80 - 100 pt.
- Author names and affiliations: 30 - 40 pt.
- Main text: 28 - 40 pt.
- References / Acknowledgement: 24 - 32 pt.

The presenters shall be present at their posters during the coffee break (morning and afternoon) on December 15-16, 2022.

Online Oral Presentation Guideline

The presenter prepares pre-recoded YouTube video of your 10–12-minute oral presentation.

Upload the video file to YouTube with the visibility set to “unlisted” to make sure your video does not appear in search results or on your channel. You will receive an email with a direct link to upload your presentation. Deadline for uploading your presentation is December 1, 2022.

To make the virtual meeting more interactive for participants, you are kindly asked to show up on Zoom meeting during your talk schedule to answer questions from the audience. The conference organizer will send you a Zoom Meeting ID for the LIVE tryout and rehearsal sessions.

The timetable of both rehearsal and oral sessions will be announced at least one week prior to the conference.
